Returns on custom items
Custom-printed garments are made to order, so they can't be restocked or resold. That's exactly why the process is built around a digital proof you approve before production, and why we back every order with a remake guarantee instead of a generic return policy.
Remake guarantee
- If your order misses the approved standard (print quality, placement, garment defects), we remake it at our cost.
- Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we take it from there.
- If we miss a committed deadline on our end, you automatically get 15% back.
Blank (unprinted) items
Unworn, unwashed blank garments can be returned within 14 days for a refund minus shipping.
