Why is your pricing higher than Custom Ink or RushOrderTees? +
We are not selling a basic blank with a quick print. Your order includes a premium heavyweight or washed garment, proper setup, color and placement check, free design support, and made-to-order production in Seattle. When you compare apples to apples — same blank weight, same print method — we are competitive. Send us a quote from anywhere and we'll tell you honestly whether ours makes sense for you.
How long will the print last after washing? +
DTF prints typically last 50+ wash cycles with proper care (cold wash, inside out, low heat dry). Embroidery is permanent — it lasts the life of the garment. Vinyl is stretch-resistant and durable for typography and bold graphics.
Can I order just one piece to test before bulk? +
Yes. That is exactly how PTAH is built. Order one premium sample first, test the fit, fabric, print size, and overall look. Then scale to 10, 25, 50, 100+ when you are ready. We apply the cost of your sample to your bulk order if you scale up within 60 days.
Can you really finish in 24–48 hours? +
Rush production is available for most jobs, but it depends on three things: is the design ready as a print-ready file, are you flexible on which specific blank we use, and are you in the Seattle area for pickup. If all three are yes — we can talk. Rush surcharge is typically +25% on top of the regular quote.
What if the order is wrong? +
If your order misses the approved standard — print quality, placement, garment defects — we remake it at our cost. Send us a photo and we fix it. That's not a marketing line.
Can I bring my own garments to print on? +
Yes, but with caveats. We cannot guarantee outcomes on customer-supplied garments due to manufacturer defects, dye migration, heat sensitivity, or shrinkage. Most clients prefer our blanks because of consistent heavyweight quality.
Do I have to pay upfront? +
Yes. Custom apparel is made-to-order, so once we start production, materials and labor are spent. This is industry standard. We protect you with a digital proof you approve before production, a sample-first option for new clients, and a remake guarantee if anything is wrong.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Stripe (card payments online), Zelle, check, cash for pickup. For bulk orders we can discuss Affirm payment plans. PayPal coming soon.
